An industrial area populated by both Caels and windbags.
Prior to the Calamity, the Workmen Ward was separated into at least 3 districts:
- Squirt Steps
- East Side, site of the Forge
- Scumbag Alley, home to Gershel and other Scumbags that collected the City's garbage.
The northmost area contained the home of the Gasfella foreman and the Core.
The Kid may have visited the Squirt Steps as a child during a school field trip.
